Stockrosen Vård och Omsorg AB provides qualified care using evidence-based methods that we have compiled in the Stockrosen Model, an approach that puts the individual's needs at the center. The interventions are fully tailored with CBT-based care as the foundation. Our operations include Sobera Motivation and Detox Center, Älvstorps Care and Treatment Home, Fogdhyttan Treatment Home, Kraftaverk, Villa Leva, Hasslegården, and Stockrosen Support Housing. The Stockrosen Group also includes Stockrosen Psychiatry and Health as well as the Bergmästaren Reception, which provides and performs specialist services in psychiatry, health care, and personnel.

The Workplace 

Kraftaverk is located in Gagnef and currently has 22 places for men aged 21-65 years.

We receive men with substance abuse issues, possibly with concurrent psychosocial and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. All our care is evidence-based, and we follow national guidelines from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding treatment. The core of the treatment is CBT, which is provided both in group therapy and through individual treatment. Kraftaverk is beautifully situated in Gagnef parish near the Österdal River.

The Position 

We are looking for a CBT therapist who is committed to making a positive difference in our clients' lives and thrives in a developing and dynamic work environment.   
 

Job Responsibilities 

As a CBT therapist at our HVB home, you will play a central role in supporting our clients by conducting assessments, creating individual treatment plans, and holding regular sessions, both individually and in groups. You will work closely with other professionals, document, and adjust treatments as needed. 

- Education 
Basic education in CBT Level 1 and documented work experience from jobs in substance abuse care with motivational and change work. It is an advantage if you also have education such as social worker, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, alcohol and drug therapist, or other relevant education that the employer finds suitable for the advertised position. 

We also see that you have training in Relapse Prevention, CRA, HAP, MI, MET, ACT, ART, KSL, and/or similar. 

You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good IT skills. Additionally, good administrative abilities and interest in documentation are required as they are part of the job responsibilities. 

- Experience 
Work experience from similar jobs with documented references. You should be structured, have a strong interest in working with people in our target group, and also possess the ability to lead and structure the treatment work. 

- Personal Qualities 

As a person, you need to be solution-focused and have a humane perspective where no case is a failed case; we actively work for successful placements where the focus is on positive reinforcers. You need to be organized, have experience leading others, be curious, stress-resistant, attentive, and have a therapeutic mindset in all situations. 

Based on the role, we require high social competence, a professional approach, and the ability to see the big picture. Additionally, you are positive and contribute to a good atmosphere at work and our work environment. We recruit carefully and place great emphasis on personal suitability. A background check from the police's suspicion and criminal record will be conducted upon potential employment.
